PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE.
All users of this site agree and accept that access to and use of this site are subject to our following strict terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
All items purchased from our website will be dispatched for delivery to the buyer once we have cleared funds via the payment methods offered.
We make every effort to get the order to you as soon as possible. Delivery options are:
Once an order has been placed, the delivery takes approximately 2 to 4 business days.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
All items ordered before 4pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm Friday-before 4pm Monday will be dispatched on Monday.
Parcels are sent with “international tracked and signed” delivery. The delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.
This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 5-8 business days for the order to arrive. Along the way, you will receive your tracking No. through email to track the order online. The actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Notes: Shipping estimates are from day of dispatch not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for loss due to wrong shipping information.
If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and request cancellation.
Whilst we will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed. If we are unable to cancel your order, you have the option to refuse the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to our website, or accept the delivery and make a return. We will then give a full refund or offer an exchange.

At Brysiewicz Jewellery we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if your goods do not meet your satisfaction you may return item/s to us for a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and request return.
You can return your goods to us within 14 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging. Upon the receipt of your return we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request.
Please note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept goods which are outside of the returns period unless agreed in advance. Goods which are unworn and have arrived damaged or faulty must be returned within 14 days. Original postage costs are not included in any refund amount.
We recommend parcels are returned via traceable insured delivery method. We cannot accept responsibility for an item we have not received, therefore a signed-for delivery option is advisable. We process returns on the day they are received. We do advise refunds can take up to 7 days to reach your account, depending on your card provider.
If you would like to exchange an item please contact un at email@example.com requesting exchange prior to returning an item.
Please return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging. Upon the receipt of your return we will exchange the item as per your request.
If you require an item to be exchanged and are worried the replacement might not get out to you in time for a special date, then it may be quicker for you to place a new order and have us refund the original order separately rather than going through the usual exchange procedure.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days, from the day they are received.
You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your return has reached the return department. Upon receipt of items, the payment method originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, but minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
The refund shall be made directly to your PayPal account. You can determine whether the refunded amount should remain in your PayPal account or be returned to your bank account.
Credit and debit card refunds
Upon receipt of the returned items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the refund. Please note that in some cases the refund may only show up on the next bank statement.
Please note that the processing of complaints, repairs and restorations may take a longer time.
